1. Passports of founders, chief accountant, pledgers, copy of a marriage certificate (if necessary)
2. A notarized copy of the card with signatures and seal impression samples 
3. Decision on the establishment of the company
4. Decision on appointment of the executive body
5. Notarized copy of the Articles of Association, Memorandum of Association, Certificate of State Registration
6. Document confirming the state registration of the taxpayer (TIN)
7.  License (if the type of activity is licensed)
8.  Certificate from the Social Fund and the State Tax Service on the absence of outstanding debts
9.  Pledge documents (title deed to the real estate, technical passport, certificate from the state register on the absence of bans and restrictions).
